MEMORIALS AND DONATIONS
While many patients have insurance to cover the cost of hospice care, others do not.

Through your financial support and donations of any kinds, EHH is able to provide care to those in need regardless of their ability to pay. These support and gifts help us provide end-of-life care and bereavement services.

Donations help provide services such as:
Low-income family assistance
Unusual medical equipment and supplies
Medical expenses unrelated to hospice diagnosis
"Last Wishes" assistance
Community education regarding Hospice
WAYS TO HELP FAMILIES
Individuals and Families can give donations in memory of the loved ones who died. When a memorial gift is given, the bereaved family is sent an announcement of the gift and the donor receives an acknowledgement for tax purposes
Direct Donations
A Bequest is a provision in a Will that designates one or more beneficiaries to an estate's assets. You can support by giving specific dollar amount or a percentage of the estate.
