Our RN's are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call us any day and any time to ask questions or discuss the care. Our on-call nurse is available even on weekends or holidays.
Our Nurse Managers are also available for any management issues or care needs 24/7.

All our Staff undergoes very extensive screening before hire. Each individual is bonded and /or insured . The following screening is completed upon hire ;

  • Drug Screen Test
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Sexual Abuse/ Predator Screening
  • Child Abuse /Neglect Screening
  • Employment Disqualification List Check
  • Government Suspect List Check
  • Social Security Number Validation
  • OIG/ EPLS check


All our Staff completes the required Continuing Education as required under their license and are oriented to the Programs and tasks of which they will work under. The following are also completed upon hire and trained annually with all other State Regulations and Requirement;

  • OSHA
  • HIPAA/ CONFIDENTIALITY
  • TB PRECAUTION
  • AGE SPECIFIC
  • RESTRAINT AND SECLUSION
  • FALLS
  • VIOLENCE IN THE WORKPLACE
  • LIFTING AND BODY MECHANICS


Our Staff takes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your care. If we do not have the answer, we will find it for you. Communication and Coordination of Care is important to us.
